Since childhood, I've been fascinated by the internet on how it connects everything. So I always wished to be not just as a user experiencing it but as someone who wanted to be the person building the magic. That feeling of "someone made this" never left me, and it's what drove me into software engineering. 8 years later, I'm doing exactly that. Today I work as a Lead Software Engineer at Ryewalk, where I lead the End User Squad for Powerverse, a critical energy domain client. I own the complete technical lifecycle: architecture and design, leading a cross-functional team of developers, testers, and product managers, driving feature delivery, and ensuring production stability. From GDPR consent flows and solar capabilities to intelligent automation that cut partner onboarding from 90 days to just a few hours - my squad handles the most complex and critical work in the product. But what excites me most right now is AI. The same magic I felt about the internet as a kid? I feel it again but with AI. I lead AI initiatives at Ryewalk, working hands-on with AI tools to build intelligent, domain-agnostic AI agents and automation pipelines that make teams genuinely more productive. I believe the most impactful engineers don't just write code. They architect systems, lead people, and use AI to build cool stuff. If you'd like to connect or learn more about me, feel free to reach out or email me at 📩 shreyansmaloo.1996@gmail.com or just DM . I'm always eager to share about myself and learn about others!

Since childhood I was fascinated towards watching mystery thriller movies and believed in the concept of connecting dots which has helped me personally to grow as a logical thinker and this also has helped me professionally by providing clients with insightful suggestions and quality assured products. As a user I was always fascinated about how the advertisement (in mobile app's and web applications) suggestion works and that's when I got to know everything works with data and this pushed me to learn and explore more about data analysis. In the process of exploring things through statistical analysis, machine learning and visualization I got to know that the saying "Data is a new oil" is so true. Hence most of my free time these days I invest in learning in and about of data analysis. And yes, if you wish to connect with me or know more about me feel free to hit me up or mail at cibichakravarthy96@gmail.com. Would be glad to share about me and know more about you :-)
